Joe Moore

Joe Moore has over 10 years of work experience in the retail industry. In 2018, they joined HyperJar as Head of Partnerships and Merchant Growth Lead. From 2009 to 2018, Joe worked at Sainsbury's, where they held various roles, including Marketing Propositions Manager, Planning Manager (events), Project Manager, and Retail Graduate Scheme. As Marketing Propositions Manager, Joe initiated and end-to-end managed the 2017 and 2018 multi-million pound LEGO Collectables campaigns. As Planning Manager (events), they planned, managed and delivered multi-million in-store and multi-channel events for Non Foods. As Project Manager, they worked alongside a business project manager to scope, analyse, implement, and handover projects within the business. As Retail Graduate Scheme, they were Deputy Manager of a convenience store, where they were accountable for the legality, safety, and standards whilst in charge.

Joe Moore attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Ancient Theirtory.
