Previously, Joe worked at Sainsbury's, where they participated in a retail graduate scheme and served in various roles, including Planning Manager and Marketing Propositions Manager, achieving significant sales growth and successfully managing high-profile marketing campaigns. Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Ancient History from Cardiff University.
