Kevin Luke

Co-founder and Head of Technology Development at Hyperlight

Kevin Luke began their career in 2010 as a PhD student at Cornell University, where they worked in the Cornell Nanophotonics Group under Michal Lipson on Integrated Photonics. In 2017, they joined Sensen as a Technical Consultant, where they developed low-cost sensor systems to measure the effectiveness of technological interventions in Developing countries. In 2018, they became the Co-founder and Head of Manufacturing at HyperLight Corporation, where they designed fabrication processes that were reliable and scalable, as well as explored new process development that could bring their device performance to the next level.

Kevin Luke earned their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in 2010.
