Erik Soares has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 as an Inspetor de controle de qualidade at LIFS USINAGEM, where they worked until March 2019. Erik then transitioned to the role of Assistente de suporte técnico junior at Trendx Brasil from October 2019 to June 2020. Erik then progressed to the position of Assistente de suporte técnico pleno from July to December 2020, and subsequently was promoted to Assistente de suporte técnico sênior from January to June 2021. Erik then held the position of Analista de suporte técnico junior from July 2021 to January 2022. After that, Erik served as an Analista de suporte técnico Pleno from January to May 2022. Currently, they are working as an Analista de Customer Success Pleno at Hyperlocal since October 2022. At Trendx Brasil, their responsibilities included customer service via various channels, contract management, internal order processing, Excel spreadsheet creation, ERP client updates, product knowledge, and internal order management and processing.

Erik Soares 🏳️‍🌈 began their education journey in 2016 at Obra Social Dom Bosco Itaquera, where they pursued a degree in Profissional em Mecânica Industrial, focusing on Tecnologia em Mecânica Industrial. This program lasted until 2017.

In 2017, Erik Soares 🏳️‍🌈 enrolled at ETEC Martin Luther King, where they completed a Tecnico em Mecatrônica degree. During their time at ETEC Martin Luther King, they studied Mecatrônica, Robótica e Engenharia de Controle e Automação. This degree was completed in 2018.

To further their education, Erik Soares 🏳️‍🌈 enrolled in Unisinos in 2021. They are currently pursuing a curso superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Processos Gerenciais. They are expected to complete this program in 2023.
