Previously, Marden served as the CTO of PagSeguro (now PagBank), overseeing software engineering and technology operations for Brazil's leading fintech. Marden has also held roles as CEO of UOL BoaCompra, where they led the expansion of gaming businesses in various markets, and as a mentor to technology leaders, sharing insights on engineering leadership and agile processes.
