Cesar R. Hernandez

Cesar R. Hernandez, MBA(Oxon), is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in public affairs, government relations, and community engagement. As Founder and Chairman of the Tampa Bay Latin Chamber of Commerce, Hernandez focuses on enhancing diversity in professional services and technology across the region. Hernandez's roles include facilitating interactions between the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority and policymakers, serving as a consultant for Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, and leading initiatives at organizations such as the United Way Suncoast and Bird. Furthermore, Hernandez is the Founder and Managing Director of Omni Public, a consulting firm specializing in civic innovation, and actively participates on the Board of Directors for Community Tampa Bay.
