Carla Braga

Carla Braga is an experienced professional in Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition, currently serving as the Executive Manager of Organizational Development and Attraction and Selection at Hypera since December 2015. In this role, Carla oversees various processes including corporate education, leadership development, talent management, and succession planning, with a focus on aligning training initiatives with organizational strategies.
