Daniel Paris

Daniel Paris has over 19 years of experience in human resources and compensation management. Currently serving as Director of Shared Services at Hypera since January 2011, Daniel has held multiple leadership positions within the organization, including Executive Manager of Human Resources and Manager of Compensation and Benefits. Prior to joining Hypera, Daniel worked at Droga Raia as Coordinator of Compensation and Benefits and gained additional experience in similar roles at Grupo Notredame Intermedica and Grupo Brasanitas, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation strategies and salary analysis.
