Kevin Caldeira

Kevin Caldeira possesses extensive experience in corporate communication and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Corporate Communication Analyst and Senior Organizational Development Analyst at Hypera since June 2016. Responsibilities at Hypera include the development of human resource management processes, construction of corporate education strategies, training plan structuring, and management of the LMS SAP SuccessFactors platform. Prior experience includes an internship in Training and Development at Sanofi, where Kevin supported the organization of training sessions and managed the EAD platform, and an internship in Commercial Projects at Admix, providing assistance in project proposals and health plan supplier communication.
