Rachel Maia is the Founder and CEO of RM Cia 360 and International Trade, focusing on social and environmental impact. They have held executive positions at well-known brands, including Lacoste, Pandora, and Tiffany & Co. Currently, Rachel chairs the Board of the Global Compact Brazil and serves as an independent advisor at Vale and Hypera.
