Rafael Batista

Rafael Batista has a diversified work experience in finance and operations. Rafael started their career as an intern at Banco Santander in 2007 and progressed to the role of Junior Analyst before leaving in 2010. Following that, they worked as a Senior Analyst at Banco Votorantim from 2010 to 2012. Moving forward, Rafael joined MC Capital Group in 2013 as a Trader/Financial Analyst and held the position until 2022. Currently, they are working at Hypera as the Director of Financial Planning since August 2019 and has also taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer since February 2020.

Rafael Batista obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, from 2004 to 2009. Rafael then pursued a Master's Degree in Finance, General from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, from 2010 to 2012.
