Andrey Dulkin

Andrey Dulkin has a lengthy professional career that spans over two decades. In 2001 they began working at PMO as a Software and IS Department CTO, R&D Manager, and Team Leader. In 2010 they transitioned to AndrConstruction as an Independent Creator, Designer, and Developer, and that same year they began working for CyberArk as a Senior Director of Cyber Innovation and Director of Emerging Technologies. From 2018-2022 they worked for Hexa Labs Ltd. as CTO, Orbs as VP Technology Engagement, and Self-employed as a Technology Researcher and Creator. Andrey is currently employed at Hypernative as Vice President of Product Strategy.

Andrey Dulkin obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2001, where they majored in Computer Science, with minors in Physics and Mathematics. Andrey then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tel Aviv University in 2005, with a focus in Strategy and IT Management. In 2008, they completed their MA Law from Bar-Ilan University, with a focus in Law studies for non-practitioners. In 2012, they obtained the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) from the Cloud Security Alliance.
