Lior Betzalel

Lior Betzalel has over twelve years of work experience in the technology industry. Lior began their career in 2009 at ECI Telecom as an RT/Embedded Engineer. In 2012, they moved to Compass-EOS as a Linux Embedded Software Engineer. In 2013, they joined Wind River as a Scrum Master & Technical Lead and Senior SW Engineer. Lior then moved to Verint in 2014, where they held the roles of R&D Group Manager, Software Team Leader, and Senior Software Engineer & Technical Lead. In 2021, they joined Cognyte as Director of R&D and R&D Group Manager. Currently, they are VP R&D at Hypernative, a position they have held since 2022.

Lior Betzalel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2009. Lior then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tel Aviv University in 2014. In 2017, they earned a Machine Learning Foundations certificate from Coursera Course Certificates, and in 2014 they earned a Software Defined Networking (SDN) certificate from Coursera Verified Certificates.
