Tomer Weiss has worked in various roles since 2009. Tomer started as an Analyst at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel in 2009. In 2016, they Co-Founded Monkeyboard, a mobile keyboard that teaches new languages based on what is written in scripts. Tomer created partnerships with many organizations to distribute and reach thousands of users worldwide. In 2019, they became Co-Founder of Celo Camp at Upright. In 2020, they were a Product Manager at Celsius. In 2022, they became a Product Manager at Stealth and a Product at Hypernative, where they work to stop zero day cyber threats, economic and governance risks and protect digital assets managers, protocols and Web3 applications from significant losses.

Tomer Weiss attended Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they participated in the Zell Entrepreneurship Program from 2016 to 2017. In January 2016, they obtained a certification as a Participant in the L'Oréal Brainstorm 2016 Business Competition from CrossKnowledge.
