Jake Smith is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in platform engineering and DevOps. Currently serving as a Principal Platform Engineer at Hyperoptic since January 2025, Jake previously held the same title at CityFibre from November 2021 to January 2025, along with a role as Senior NetDevOps Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as a DevOps Engineer at Capgemini from July 2019 to December 2021, and a long tenure at Entanet from November 2004 to July 2019, where roles encompassed DevOps Manager, Network Systems Technical Lead, and Network Systems Engineer.
