Jen Calder is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in B2B and consumer marketing. Currently serving as Head of Segment Marketing at Hyperoptic since December 2017, Jen oversees marketing strategies and growth initiatives aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and revenue protection. Prior to this role, Jen held positions at Hyperoptic that included Head of B2B Marketing, where the creation and scaling of a B2B marketing team contributed significantly to the company's growth. Jen’s earlier experience at Vodafone spanned several roles, including Senior B2B Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager for Enterprise, where data-driven strategies and customer retention efforts were key achievements. Jen holds a BA (Hons) in International Business from the University of Liverpool and commenced career development at Guinness Northern Counties as an HR Assistant.
