Katarina Nešić

Katarina Nešić currently serves as a Junior HR Business Partner and previously held the role of People Services Specialist at Hyperoptic since March 2023. Prior experience includes Human Resources Executive and Human Resources Intern positions at BAT from December 2021 to March 2023, and a Junior Student Counselor role at Ino Edukacija where responsibilities included student recruitment and academic counseling. Katarina also worked as a Student Advisor at OK Student, and completed internships at the Centre for Career Development at the University of Belgrade and the Filozofski fakultet's Centar za razvoj karijere, where leadership and recruitment were key duties. Additionally, Katarina has experience in organizing educational events through involvement with World Youth Wave. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Andragogy, both from the University of Belgrade, along with a high school diploma in Natural Sciences.
