Marija Kostic

Marija Kostic is an experienced Product Owner at Hyperoptic, specializing in the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow platform solutions, with a focus on critical service delivery. Previously, Marija held multiple leadership roles at Hyperoptic, including Head of QA and Business Acceptance and Head of Quality and Resource Planning, where responsibilities encompassed managing QA teams, resource and budget planning, overseeing testing processes, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Prior experience includes serving as Test Manager at CreITive, leading QA teams, implementing testing processes, and managing projects in Agile and Waterfall environments. Marija holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Belgrade and further education from the Technical University of Munich.
