Mark Bartlett

Mark Bartlett is the Chief Operating Officer at Hyperoptic, where they focus on driving efficiency, growth, and innovation through strategic operations leadership. Previously, Mark held various senior roles, including Director of Estates and Infrastructure at Arqiva and Project Director for IT Transformation at BT, where they delivered significant operational benefits and managed large, cross-functional teams. Mark served in the Royal Navy as an Engineering Officer, leading a 65+ member engineering team. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southampton and a Master’s degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from Cranfield University.
