Ross Barker has extensive experience in marketing, currently serving in the Segment & GTM role at Hyperoptic since October 2025. Prior to this, Ross held various positions at Sky from August 2015 to October 2025, culminating as Senior Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included managing a £100M P&L and driving product positioning and external marketing strategies. Achievements include leading a major overhaul of Sky Store's competitive landscape and pioneering a segmentation strategy that improved prospect conversion rates. Ross's background also features roles at Vauxhall Motors Ltd, Asda, and Waterstones, along with formal education in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Management from the University of Kent.
