Stuart Gillespy

Stuart Gillespy is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering, project management, and technical operations. Currently serving as the Regional Field Manager for Customer Connections at Hyperoptic Ltd. since September 2020, Stuart leads and develops the Hyperzone Engineering Team, overseeing over 100 engineers and focusing on skill development and KPI improvement. Prior to Hyperoptic, Stuart founded BODHI Academy, a training company that developed customer service programs for BUPA in China, and held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at iMARVEL! Corp, where operational efficiencies were improved. As a co-founder of Satori, a luxury beauty salon in Plymouth, Stuart established the brand and ensured legal protections for its intellectual property. Stuart's extensive technical experience also includes a tenure as Head of the Technical Department at Cineworld Group Plc, where a £40M digital conversion project was managed. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University and various certifications in project management, sound technology, and coaching methodologies.
