Brooke Neva Sullivan has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields since 2011. Brooke began their career as a Development & Education Program Manager (Fellowship) at WREN: Women's Rural Entrepreneurial Network, where they successfully aided 15+ local women to launch and apply for funding, and launched a venture capital pitch party and funding resource center. In 2013, they became a Recruiting Manager at The Nagler Group, and in 2014, they took on a Human Resources Business Partner role at Concord Hospital. In 2016, they joined Dartmouth College as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Director, where they managed the life-cycle recruitment process for 60-150 requisitions, and led the design and implementation of D. E. I. In 2019, they became a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Programs and Operations at Bottomline Technologies, and in 2021, they took on a Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition role at Mindoula. Currently, Brooke is the Principal People & Talent Leader at Hyperproof, a security assurance and compliance operations platform transforming the way companies manage and do work.
Brooke Neva Sullivan began their education at Lyman Memorial High School. Brooke then attended The Loomis Chaffee School from 2000 to 2004. Brooke then went on to Plymouth State University, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education English with a minor in Communications in 2009. In addition to their degree, Brooke has obtained numerous certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in 2020, SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2019, Diversity Recruitment from Social Talent in 2018, Human Capital Strategist from Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2018, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified from Six Sigma Global Institute in 2017, Lean Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) from Lean Human Capital in 2015, Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) from Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches, and Certified Social Media Recruiter 3.0 from AIRS, an ADP Company.
