Kaira Hoag has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. Kaira began as a Shift Supervisor at Wing Central's Roadhouse Grill in 2013 and then moved on to become the Social Media Manager at the same company in 2015. In 2017, they joined Social27 Inc. as the Director of Customer Success, where they managed and grew a department of Customer Success Managers and built an enterprise customer success strategy. Kaira also held the role of Senior Customer Success Manager at Social27 Inc. and was responsible for the success and growth of strategic Fortune 100 enterprise-level accounts. In 2022, they joined Hyperproof as a Strategic Customer Success Manager and then moved up to become a Senior Customer Success Manager.
