Lisa Bielik has a diverse work experience. Lisa began their career in 2007 as a Writer/Copy Editor at The Vindicator. In 2008, they became a Marketing Representative at ITT Technical Institute. The following year, they worked as a Project Manager - Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill at Heritage Environmental Services. In 2009, they worked as a Publishing at Weekly Reader and a Museum Docent at Elfreth's Alley Museum. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Technical Writer and Customer/Technical Support at Turning Technologies. Her roles included authoring, editing, and maintaining technical documentation, handling the translation/localization process, creating and maintaining product release notes, and providing technical support. In 2021, they began working as a Lead Documentation Specialist at Hyperproof.

Lisa Bielik obtained a Master of Arts in History from Youngstown State University in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts in History, with a Minor in German, from the same university in 2005.
