Mark Clagett

Manager of Customer Success at Hyperproof

Mark Clagett has over 20 years of work experience. Mark began their career in 1999 as a Guest Relations Lead and PR Assistant for the Seattle Sonics and Storm. In 2002, they joined Wells Fargo as a Personal Banker, and in 2007 they became a MVP Lead (Account Manager) at Microsoft. In 2011, they founded NFLFootballScout.com Website and Scouting Services, where they served as the Head Scout and Lead Writer. From 2012-2014, they were a Reputation Management Specialist at The Cobalt Group, and from 2014-2016 they were a Customer Success Manager and Account Manager at LexBlog, Inc. In 2020, they became an Apprentice Vineyard/Tasting Room Manager at Claygate Estate Vineyard, and in 2021 they joined Hyperproof as a Manager of Customer Success and Strategic CSM. In this role, they act as the face of the organization to existing customers and channel partners, and works with end-users to deeply understand their needs.

Mark Clagett attended North Seattle College from 1998 to 2000, and then the University of Washington from 2000 to 2002, studying Economics.
