Michael Calleia is a seasoned product design and user experience leader with over 10 years of experience in creating user-centered solutions for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies. They founded and led teams at IAC and served as a design and strategy consultant for notable clients including JPMorgan Chase and The New York Times. Currently, Michael is the Design Director at Hyperproof, where they oversee and grow the design team while driving user-centered design initiatives.
