Taj Hayden

Taj Hayden has over 20 years of work experience in the sales and real estate industries. In 2000, they began their career as a Realtor at Centex Homes. Taj then moved to John L Scott Real Estate in 2004, where they served as a Realtor for 8 years. In 2012, they joined PayScale, Inc. as an Account Executive, where they advanced to Senior Account Executive, Team Lead and Account Development Manager. In 2016, they became a Client Development Manager at Smartsheet. Two years later, in 2018, they joined K2 as an Account Executive and advanced to Account Executive Team Lead and ADR Manager. In 2020, they were an ADR Manager at Auth0. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Okta as a Sales Development Manager and was promoted to Sr. Sales Development Manager. Taj is currently the Director of Business Development at Hyperproof.

Taj Hayden attended the University of Washington from 1996 to present. Taj also obtained an AA in Paralegal Studies from Highline College and an AA from North Seattle College. Taj also attended WCA. In addition, they obtained a certification in Hiring Your Team from LinkedIn in November 2019.
