Ashoo Kant

Ashoo Kant has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Zomato Hyperpure since October 2022, focusing on the Fruits and Vegetables sector, including fresh cut and processed food. Prior to this role, Ashoo held positions at Jubilant Consumer Pvt. Ltd. from October 2020 to November 2022, initially as a Production Executive and later being promoted to Senior Production Executive in the operations department. Ashoo's earlier experience includes working as a Production Officer in the frozen food industry at Sirius Foods Pvt. Ltd. from June 2018 to October 2020, and as a Quality Assurance Executive at Al Kabeer Group of Companies from November 2015 to June 2018, ensuring product quality throughout the production processes. Ashoo holds a Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology from Gautam Buddha University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra.
