Saunak Kar

Saunak Kar is currently a Shift Manager at Hyperpure by Zomato, responsible for Zomato DC operations, manpower utilization planning, and process optimization since July 2023. Prior to this, Saunak held the position of DC Manager at Wheelocity from December 2021 to July 2023, overseeing CPC and Hyperpure operations while ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Saunak's experience also includes serving as a Business Development Manager at AgriBazaar and working as an F&V Buyer and QC Head at bigbasket.com, focusing on procurement planning, quality control, and customer complaint resolution. Additionally, Saunak gained foundational experience in quality control and production management through roles at Vadilal Industries Limited, Sea Foods Pvt Ltd, Saj Food Products Pvt Ltd, and Monginis. Saunak holds a PGDABM in Business Administration and Management from the National Institute of Agricultural Marketing and a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology and Processing from Haldia Institute of Technology.
