Ari Monkarsh

Ari Monkarsh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in growth marketing, entrepreneurship, and private equity. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Growth Marketing at Hyperquake since July 2024, Ari also holds a board member position at Smart Response Technologies and is the Founder of Maxogenics, which focuses on strategic investments in high-growth brands and emerging technologies such as AI and crypto security. As a Founding Partner at Surf Union and former CEO of MarCore Group, Ari has demonstrated a strong business acumen. Additionally, Ari spent a decade at Argos Equity as Managing Partner, overseeing a portfolio of companies in various sectors. Previous roles include Vice-President of Sales and Business Development at RealtyTrac and Vice President at R3 Media, along with experience as a Sales Manager at Homestore Inc.
