Josh Belcher is an experienced strategic leader with a strong background in customer experience and digital strategy. Currently serving as Director of Strategy at Hyperquake since May 2022, Josh previously held key roles such as Innovation Director at LPK and Principal Customer Experience Strategist at Paycor and Kroger Technology. With a proven track record in managing strategic planning teams at Barefoot Proximity / BBDO Digital, Josh has led efforts in developing data-driven content strategies and supporting Fortune 5 clients. Early career experiences include project management roles and educational consulting, complemented by a solid academic foundation from the University of Cincinnati.
