Thomas Federl

Thomas Federl is a seasoned professional in marketing, communications, and ESG strategy with extensive experience in both publicly traded and privately held companies. Currently serving as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Hyperquake, Thomas has a proven track record of developing and executing ESG initiatives that focus on the triple bottom line. Previous roles included leadership positions at Calavo Growers, Castellini Group of Companies, and Chiquita, among others. Thomas holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Administration from Xavier University and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Sports Studies from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and Technical University Munich.
