Martha McCarty currently serves as an Implementation Manager and previously held the role of Senior Solutions Architect at HyperScience since January 2020. Prior to this, Martha worked at the Embassy of Australia in the United States as a Foreign Military Sales Project Manager and Program Manager from April 2015 to December 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Migration Officer at the Embassy of Australia in Turkey from February 2013 to April 2015 and as a Project Manager at the Human Rights Foundation of Turkey from January 2012 to January 2013. Martha holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History and International Relations from the University of Sydney.
