Richard Yoon

Richard Yoon is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in technology and finance. As the founder of Luci, Richard won the Winners' Circle Legacy Prize at the Texas A&M New Ventures Competition, focusing on financial independence through innovative solutions. Richard has also served as an investor at REGENT and Hyperspace, and held the position of Senior Product Manager at Unit21 for a brief period. Richard's previous roles include Product Manager at Branch, where a major product was launched, and a Contract Software Engineer at Harvest Exchange Corp. Additionally, Richard worked as a Technical Consultant and Developer for the ICON Foundation, co-founded One Daijo Ltd., which aimed to combat predatory lending in Southeast Asia, and was an early product manager at Honey prior to its acquisition by PayPal. Richard's background also includes experience as an Investment Banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, specializing in M&A and financial modeling. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Bill Gates Millennium Scholar.
