Ashkan Darbandi

Ashkan Darbandi is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate Manager Legal and Legal Counsel at Hyperstar since November 2022. Additionally, Ashkan has been practicing as a Lawyer at the Iran Judiciary Bar in Tehran since February 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Legal Advisor for the Ministry of Defence of Iran from March 2019 to December 2021, where Ashkan represented the Ministry in the Court of Administrative Justice. Ashkan also completed a judiciary internship at the Ministry of Justice in Iran in early 2020 and worked as a Legal Advisor at Shayan Law Office from 2015 to 2019. Ashkan holds a Master’s degree in criminal law from Islamic Azad University Central Tehran Branch (2014-2016) and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Tabriz (2011-2014).
