Raphael Rubens is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in the energy and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Electrical Engineer at HyperStrong since December 2025, Raphael is responsible for managing the commissioning and operations and maintenance of advanced Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Field Service Electrical Engineer and Field Services Engineer at Sungrow Europe, where Raphael provided remote technical support and oversaw installation and commissioning of energy storage systems.
