Michael Barrett

Michael Barrett has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Michael started working at Bramal Inc in 2007 as a Technician, where they played a crucial role in the VIREO™ product development process. Michael then took on the role of Project Manager in 2010, before being promoted to Director of Operations in 2012. In their role as Director of Operations, Michael focused on the Research and Development program, collaborating closely with senior management and the Board of Directors to drive innovative LED lighting solutions product development from concept to market. Michael held this position until March 2017.

In 2018, Michael joined Aeromotion Canada as an Aircraft Technician, where they contributed to maintaining and repairing aircraft until March 2020.

Currently, Michael is working as a Research and Development Team Lead at Hypertec Group, a position they started in March 2020.

Michael Barrett's education history includes three periods of study. From 2022 to 2022, they attended Soil Health Academy to pursue a degree in Regenerative Agriculture 101 with a focus on Agricultural Engineering. Before that, from 2020 to 2021, they completed a program in Formation en plasturgie at Cégep de Thetford. Lastly, Michael attended CEGEP - John Abbott College until 2007, specializing in Applied Physics (Energy Management).
