Michael Gero

Michael Gero has extensive work experience in the technology industry, with a focus on cloud computing and product management. Michael currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for Hypertec Cloud at Hypertec Group. Prior to this, they held positions at cloud.ca as the Vice President of Product and General Manager, and at CloudOps as the Vice President of Product and Business Development for cloud.ca.

Before their time at cloud.ca and CloudOps, Gero worked as the Director of Product Management for Internap, where they were responsible for the company's cloud and hosting product portfolio. Michael also served as the Director of Product Management at iWeb Technologies, which was later acquired by Internap.

Gero's earlier roles include serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Planbox, Vice President of Business Development at Ryma Technology Solutions (acquired by Onedesk), and Senior Director of Product Marketing at Coveo. Michael also held the position of Vice President of Product Management at Coradiant, which was acquired by BMC.

Gero began their career at Progress Software, where they served as the Director of Product Management and played a key role in the acquisition of Actional SOA Management solutions. Throughout their career, Gero has consistently demonstrated expertise in product management, business development, and cloud computing.

Michael Gero attended Lafayette College and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, they pursued an MBA at Concordia University, where they remained a candidate for the degree.
