Ramzi El-Achkar

Ramzi El-Achkar has a diverse background in technical support and customer success roles. Ramzi currently works as the Director of Hardware Support at Hypertec Group, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Ramzi served as the Director of Customer Success at Aerial Technologies from 2021 to 2023, where they managed a team of technicians and implemented a ticketing culture. From 2019 to 2021, Ramzi was the Director of Support at eStruxture Data Centers, responsible for managing a team of technicians on a national scale and integrating support services during acquisitions. Ramzi also has experience at Hypertec Group as the Director of On-Site Service from 2015 to 2019, overseeing worldwide support operations with a one-hour onsite service level agreement. Before that, they worked at Ciara Technologies, where they held multiple roles including Enterprise Support Manager, Support and New Project Introduction Manager, and Service and Troubleshooting Manager. Ramzi began their career as an Engineering Support Technician at CCM Technologies in 2007.

Ramzi El-Achkar completed their first diploma in College Studies with a focus on Electronics Engineering Technology and Telecommunication from Collège Maisonneuve. Ramzi attended this institution from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, in 2002, they obtained another diploma in College Studies, specializing in Electronics Engineering and Telecommunication, from Collège Téccart.
