Smit Patel

Smit Patel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2018, Patel worked at Tim Hortons as a Team Leader, where they conducted interviews and resolved employee conflicts. In 2020, Patel held multiple roles, including an Information Technology Intern at Moving Picture Company, assisting with troubleshooting and organizing IT resources. They also worked as a Network Technician at Herzing College, updating and maintaining network equipment. Additionally, Patel served as a Food Service Supervisor at Fat Boy Restaurant, supervising staff and ordering supplies. In 2022, Patel worked as a Customer Service Representative at Holiday Inn Express. Most recently, they joined Hypertec Group as a Hardware Support Agent in 2023.

Smit Patel attended Herzing College from 2018 to 2020, where they studied Micro computers and networking. Smit obtained the CompTIA A+ (220-1002) certification from LinkedIn in August 2022. Prior to that, in June 2020, they obtained the Advanced Google Analytics Certified certification from Google and in June 2019, they completed the Introduction to Programming Using Python course from Udemy: Online Courses.
