Jack Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Jack started their career as a Business Assurance Intern at Coopers & Lybrand, where they performed audits for public and non-public companies. Jack then transitioned to the role of Senior Auditor, where they planned, performed, and supervised audits for various companies.

After their time at Coopers & Lybrand, Jack joined Goldman Sachs as an Associate in Private Wealth Management. Jack was part of a team managing over $9 billion in assets and provided recommendations on asset allocations and investments. Jack also worked as an Associate in Investment Accounting, where they supervised the preparation of reports and managed relationships with the trading desk.

In 2004, Jack joined Hypertherm as a Manager in Corporate Development. Jack later became the Leader of Corporate Development, where they successfully completed two acquisitions. In their subsequent roles at Hypertherm, Jack took on responsibilities such as leading strategic supply chain initiatives, analyzing competitive technology threats, and serving as a General Manager for the Centricut Laser Consumables Division.

Outside of Hypertherm, Jack served on the Board of Trustees for the Vermont Institute of Natural Science in 2016. Jack also contributed to Hypertherm's corporate social responsibility efforts and was involved in the Hypertherm HOPE Foundation.

Overall, Jack Lee has a strong background in auditing, finance, corporate development, and management.

Jack Lee obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton from 1989 to 1993. Jack then pursued their MBA in General Management at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2002 to 2004. Jack also holds the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the State of New York.
