Lin Chu

Lin Chu has extensive experience in enterprise architecture and digital services, currently serving as Director of Enterprise Architecture, Planning & Digital Services at Hypertherm Associates since April 2000. Lin has spearheaded a significant CRM platform replacement program that transformed global marketing, sales, and service processes. Previous roles at Hypertherm included leading the Enterprise Architecture Office and managing teams responsible for application architecture and IT infrastructure. Prior to Hypertherm, Lin worked as a Software Engineer at Emerson Motion Control, where responsibilities included developing software for motion controllers and internal testing. Lin holds an Executive MBA from Boston University's Questrom School of Business, a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Machinery and Engineering from Dalian University of Technology.
