Simon Long

Simon Long is currently serving as the Team Leader Operations Engineering at Hypertherm Associates. Prior to this, Simon held the role of Product Cost Manager at INNIO Power, overseeing the cost management of Jenbacher Type 6 engines. With previous experience as a Product Specialist at GKN Walterscheid GmbH and a Value Stream Manager at GKN Aerospace, Simon has a strong background in product management, operations, and manufacturing engineering. Simon also completed an International Leadership Development Programme at GKN, with placements in the UK, Germany, and the USA. Simon holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
