Stephen Ucci

Stephen Ucci is currently serving as Secretary and General Counsel at Hypertherm since September 2019. Prior to this role, Ucci was Counsel at Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C. from July 2016 to September 2019, specializing in corporate law and handling complex global transactions. Ucci also held a Counsel position at Locke Lord LLP from June 2014 to July 2016 and worked in the Office of General Counsel at Raytheon from June 1998 to June 2014. Ucci earned a Juris Doctor degree from New England Law | Boston between 1993 and 1996 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Providence College from 1989 to 1993.
