Rohith K R has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rohith is currently working as the Director of New Venture at Risin Ventures and also holds the position of Director of Consulting Services at HyperThink Systems.

In the past, they have served as the Head of Operations-Qatar at TIER Mobility and as the Head of Division at HBK Contracting Company W.L.L. Rohith also co-founded and served as the CEO of goHyP, a company that aimed to make it easier for small and medium-scale industries to hire talented engineers and professionals.

Rohith K R has also been involved with the Startup Leadership Program, where they served as both a Co-Program Leader and a Fellow. Rohith has also held positions at Mechsol as the Director of Operations and Business Development, at Webb India Pvt Ltd as a Quality Engineer, and at Quality Evaluation Systems & team Pvt Ltd as a Surveyor.

Rohith K R has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Rohith also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General Management, from Pondicherry University, which they completed from 2003 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Rohith K R has obtained several certifications. Rohith is a certified Section4 Strategist, having completed the certification from Section4 in October 2021. Rohith is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute, having obtained the certification in August 2020. Rohith K R holds the title of Jyothishya Vidhwan, obtained from the BANGALORE ASTROLOGICAL ASSOCIATION in June 2015. Rohith has also earned a Diploma in Tabla Badhya from the BANGIYA SANGEET PARISHAD in April 2012. Lastly, they have completed the Inbound Sales certification from HubSpot Academy in June 2020.
