Michael Ebner is the CEO and Co-Founder of Hypervision Surgical, which aims to enhance surgical precision and patient safety through intelligent vision technology. Currently participating in the MedTech Innovator 2023 Cohort, Michael's venture was selected from over 1200 applicants. As an Enterprise Fellow at the Royal Academy of Engineering, Michael is focused on developing a medical device for advanced tissue analysis. Michael's extensive background includes positions as Honorary Staff at King's Health Partners, Postdoctoral Researcher at King's College London, and Honorary Research Fellow at multiple institutions. Michael earned a PhD in Medical and Biomedical Imaging from UCL and held roles at Medtronic and as a consultant in healthcare ventures, emphasizing expertise in medical imaging and algorithm development.
