Ala Dziamidava

Ala Dziamidava is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and project management across various sectors. As the COO of Kino-mo since March 2017, Dziamidava oversees operational strategies and company growth. Previously, Dziamidava managed private equity projects as a self-employed professional from October 2013 to February 2017, developing and executing investments in diverse fields. From September 2006 to September 2013, Dziamidava served as General Manager at Office Solutions Minsk, leading sales, operations, and strategic initiatives for the exclusive Steelcase dealer in the CIS region, while managing key corporate accounts. Dziamidava's career began as a Professional Interpreter at the UNO rep office and the Chamber of Trade and Commerce from July 2002 to September 2006, providing interpretation and translation services for diplomatic missions. Dziamidava holds a General Leadership diploma from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Master's degree in Cross-Cultural Communications from Minsk State Linguistic University.
