Dmitry Posadski is a seasoned professional in technical support and customer success, currently serving as the Head of Tech Support and Head of Customer Success at HYPERVSN since September 2022. Prior to this role, Dmitry held various leadership positions at Gurtam from May 2013 to August 2022, including Head of Technical Care Department and Head of Software Implementation Team, where responsibilities included team management, client satisfaction oversight, and process improvement.
