Hyperwell Tech.（卓元科健科技股份有限公司） is a health technology company dedicated to transforming the future of wellness through the integration of technology, fitness, and lifestyle.

Founded on the belief that technology can make health more accessible, intelligent, and sustainable, Hyperwell has been continuously innovating in the health and fitness industry since 2013. Starting from the launch of xarefit, one of Taiwan’s early pioneers in data-driven fitness management, the company introduced digitalized training systems and smart operational solutions to the wellness market.

In 2022, xarefit merged with Hypercore, expanding the group’s footprint in performance-driven fitness and redefining exercise as a data-powered lifestyle. In 2024, Hyperwell further broadened its ecosystem by integrating THE KEY YOGA, combining mindful movement, wellness aesthetics, and professional yoga practices into its portfolio.

In 2025, the group was restructured under Hyperwell Tech., evolving from a brand operator into a creator of an integrated health technology ecosystem. Today, Hyperwell operates two flagship brands — Hypercore and THE KEY YOGA — representing the dual pillars of strength and balance.

At Hyperwell, we believe every movement is a dialogue with life. We are not simply building fitness spaces; we are creating a future where technology empowers healthier, smarter, and more meaningful lifestyles.
