Sidney San has a diverse work experience in various companies. They started their career as a Data Analyst at American Honda Finance Corporation in 2015 and worked until 2016. They then worked as an Esport Program Coordinator at Oomba, Inc. from June 2017 to October 2017. In 2018, Sidney joined Gravity Interactive, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative for the entire year. They also simultaneously worked at HyperX as a Global Social Care Product Insight Specialist starting from December 2018, and they are currently continuing in this role as of the present. In 2021, Sidney joined HP as a Global Social Care Product Insight Specialist, where they are currently employed.

Sidney San earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Long Beach, which they attended from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies at Long Beach City College, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Apart from their formal education, Sidney San also obtained a certification as a Sprinklr Product Analyst Pro from Sprinklr in April 2022.
